what is cantilever racking ? 

Cantilever racks is an important type of racks. Cantilever racks are suitable for storing long materials, ring materials, plates, pipes and irregular goods. The cantilever racking column is mostly made of H-beam or cold-rolled steel, the cantilever uses square tube, cold-rolled pot or H-beam, the cantilever and the column are plugged or bolted, and the base and the column are bolted. Use cold-rolled steel or H-shaped steel.

4. The column and base are usually made of I-beam or cold steel. The cantilever can be made of the above materials or square tubes. The three parts are locked by bolts, which can bear the weight of 2 to 3 tons.

5. The overall height of the tube cargo type will not exceed 2m, and the width including the arm length will not exceed 2m. The single arm can bear the weight of less than 1000 kg;

6. Although the whole is a composite structure of metal, in order to prevent damage to the material, a wooden liner or rubber liner will be added to the cantilever. The specifications and load-bearing are not static, and can be customized according to actual needs;

7.In order to store goods more flexibly, such as some bulk but bulky goods, steel or this layer or mesh can be added to the cantilever, especially suitable for small space and low-floor warehouses;
