Overview:

This experimental bench is designed based on general textbooks such as Hydraulic Pneumatic Transmission Technology and Training and Pneumatic Control Technology. This experimental bench integrates programmable controllers, industrial pneumatic components, and execution modules. In addition to conducting conventional pneumatic basic control circuit experiments, it can also conduct simulated pneumatic control technology application experiments and pneumatic technology course design. By adopting PLC control mode, one can delve into the application of PLC control by learning simple PLC guided programming and ladder diagram programming. It can communicate with computers, perform online debugging and other experimental functions, perfectly combine pneumatic technology and electrical PLC control technology, and is suitable for professional training and assessment of electricians and mechatronics integration.

1 The modular structural design and construction experiments are simple and convenient. Each pneumatic component forms an independent module, equipped with a convenient installation base plate. During the experiment, various experimental circuits can be freely constructed on universal aluminum alloy profiles, making the operation simple and fast.

3 The use of standard industrial pneumatic components ensures reliable and safe performance.

4 The low noise working pump station provides a quiet experimental environment (with noise greater than 60 decibels).
